Express Commercial Cleaning conducts a comprehensive survey of your building or facilities’ overall cleaning and maintenance needs. We also complete a Risk Assessment in line with Workplace Health and Safety Standards, and identity hazards, assess risks, and put controls in place to reduce those risks.

At Express Commercial Cleaning our goal is to ensure a smooth and fast transition, which is why we have detailed transition plans for each client.

A detailed transition plan includes:

• Tenant interviews to discover special requirements and needs
• Reviews of building security procedures
• Reviews of key/card control procedures
• Ordering equipment & supplies
• Logging all chemicals that will be used
• Conducting a cleaning team orientation
• Preparing periodic schedules
• Organising a transition team to conduct nightly inspections of areas cleaned
